What is both attractive and also intimidating with Nikola Tesla,
is his principle of Radiant Energy.
He believed that there is a Universal Energy source that pervades all
of creation.
He was able to tap into this Ether, vacuum, Chi, Prana, call it what you may, and convert it into workable energy.
He wanted to harness a huge source, such as Niagara Falls, and transmit it, freely to the world.
His financial banker, J.P.Morgan, said more or less “if I can’t put a meter on it, I don’t want to hear about it”
That was the end of Free Energy!
Tesla was able, with Westinghouse, to bring hydro electric power to the 1893 Chicago fair, and start the electric age, as we know it.
They engineered all the generators, motors, transformers, and power distribution.
In 1933, Nikola Tesla, operated an electric car, without any extra batteries, or any other source of energy.
His 700 or more patents, are mostly shrouded in National Security, and their benefits are withheld from public use.
